She has a B.Com Honours degree in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape, a Sustainable Business Analysis certification from Rhodes University, Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Western Cape as well completing her Masters in Business Information Systems at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. On behalf our clients, she ensures that the recording of the business requirements for: Business Intelligence / Analytics, Enhancement to existing solution (change control criteria met and ITSO [Information Technology Service Operations] have the approved option), including Efficiency Diagnostics, Replacement of existing solution or part of existing solution and Distribution Business Strategy & Focus Areas supported for the following imperatives: Financial Sustainability, Sustainable Asset Creation, Operational Sustainability, Revenue and Customer Sustainability, Environmental & Climate Change, Sustainable Human Capital, Legal Compliance and Regulation (incl. Safety), Organizational Reputation as well as Organizational. Furthermore, in the AMI migration of municipality distributors, she ensures assesses the credit vetting for the seamless application of the Supply Chain Management Act, section 33b.
